I have explored the possibility of interviewing participants for the zine to reach out to athletes who felt like they were misrepresented in their interviews. After filling out the ethics form and going through with the first stage of it approval, I have desided to steer away from this idea. The feedback from the ethics committee came later than expected, and it did not seem like there would be enough time to reach out and seek participants who were actually represented in media publications. 


So I corrected the project in a way that it would work without the interviews, by leaning into the critique of journalism and imagery.
