This text was discovered while writing the interim report. As the title says, it is a methodology for analysing eveluative language in journalism, which perfectly fits the premis of the project. Monica Bednarek highlighted 12 evaluative parameters, and I have used them while choosing and analysing articles to use in the zine. This methodology is very useful, as I learned how to differentiate and quickly define evaluative language within the articles. It was used at the beginning stage of the analysis and editing (see project stage #5).

After highlighting evaluative language in chosen texts, it was easier to start the process of evaluation, proofreading facts, and defining possible biases within the writing.
